2. Looks like Franken wins round 1.
1. The motion for a temporary injunction and/or a temporary restraining order filed by the Plaintiffs is denied for lack of jurisdiction.

I love this race. Coleman is against making sure all the votes are counted. How a politician can take a position like that and still get votes is beyond me.
