I hear talking heads say Obama received 52% of the vote...He received 52.6% of the vote which rounds off to 53%...


He did a nice job...

2. The final totals are not in. It could be higher.
It was the strongest popular vote victory by a Democratic candidate since LBJ in 64. It was an electoral landslide. We also increased our Congressional lead for the second election in a row. But 'no mandate!' scream the chatterbox hyenas.

differences of 10 and 20% in the popular vote each election.
