She was billing the state $1,000 a day while she was on the campaign trail so she could "continue to govern" from afar, but I certainly didn't see that she did anything for the state while she was out on her excellent adventure other than give us a black eye.

I had a Palinbot remind me yesterday that we don't pay state taxes, so theoretically at least she's not using "our" money, although I reminded him that any state dollar spent on Sarah's personal ambitions in one less dollar available for the common good of Alaskans. I've never seen such a self-promoter as this woman.
