5. Nick DiPaolo cannot be too great a "comedian":.. I never even heard of him.
Shep Smith is the only person I have seen from FAUX NOISE that seems to have any grip on reality.

24. That is how I see him. He is not a friend.
The Smith videos I watched on YouTube show him very passionate when defending the role of the media. He may be "fairer and more balanced" than the other jackasses at fox but he is still, clearly, on the other side.

Except when it comes to this bloop in the radar which triggered off suspicions of the media being nice but still being up to something. Thus, we see the example of why right here.

12. I remember when he snapped at another Fox anchor during Katrina.
They were trying to downplay how bad the situation was, and he went off on him. He gained a lot of respect from me for that, and it's nice to see that they have someone working for them with integrity.

27. I think Katrina really was a watershed moment for Shep
Ever since that epiphany, he's been the voice of reason over there. I'm no fan of Fux noise, but I have a lot of respect for Sheppard.

18. Doesn't ANYONE remember when he HIT another reporter to get a parking space?
http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m0DIZ/is_48_12/ai_80191739

Fox News Channel anchor Shepard Smith, one of the swarm of reporters covering the recount battle, hit a local cable news reporter with a car in a dispute over a parking spot, according to news reports.

Smith, who anchors FNC's 7 p.m. Fox Report, was trying to park his car in a space amid the satellite trucks ringing the state capitol Nov. 17 when Maureen Walsh, a freelancer working for Bay News 9, said she was saving the spot for her colleagues.

Smith cursed at her and hit her with the car, a white Mazda Millenia, she told police, according to the St. Petersburg Times. Walsh was released from a local hospital with bruises on her knees and legs.

19. I've always found him amusing...A bit goofy, but better than the rest on his station
He was actually really effective during Katrina. And there was a great clip of him on election night where he was interviewing Nader and really blasted him for calling Obama an Uncle Tom.

21. You have a very short memory and attention span. I remember him from the 2000 and 2004 elections.
He is just going with the flow right now. He is a wolf in sheeps clothing.

Believe me now or later, but I know you are going to believe me.

22. I like Shep. He may be a Republican but he is okay.
Remember he questioned Joe the Plumber as well. The man has at least one ounce of integrity in comparison to the other Fox losers. Chris Wallace does too, he really took it to McLame when he was on. Maybe they recently remembered they are journalists. Who knows? Since Glen Beck left CNN maybe they should leave Fox.

26. Because we won I take a quick peek
at Fox now and again. The other day, as soon as I put it on, a woman doing the weather announced she had to go to the bathroom! Yesterday there was a woman who was a anchor saying, "well, duh".
I can remember the Repugs always talking about the 'dumbing down of America'.

...but in reality he is still a sullen bully Republican apologist. Watch him consistently over time, and in particular LISTEN to what he says. You will see what I mean.
