Jeez, what next: Obama trading cards

A photo provided Thursday, Nov. 13, 2008, by New York-based The Topps Company, Inc., shows a wrapper for a new set of Topps trading cards documenting the political life of President-elect Barack Obama. Ninety collectible cards will be included in the series spanning his time as an Illinois senator to his presidential acceptance speech in Chicago's Grant Park. Topps will sell them prior to the inauguration in January.

Can 'image rights' apply here? Would love to see the proceeds go to charity. Naive, I know.
