This would be my talking point. Every time I mentioned Bush or Palin I would link them together.

As in, "Well, obviously Sarah Palin is now the standard bearer for the Bush/Palin wing of the Republican Party."

"For those who share the Bush/Palin world view then Sarah Palin is a very attractive candidate in 2012."

"Those who like Bush, love Palin."

"The question for the Republican Party is whether they want to remain the party of Bush/Palin or actually engage the 21st Century."

The disease is not Palin. The disease is Bush/Palin (the delusion of self-righteous ignorance) and it should be called by its proper name.

Bush-Palin, Bush-Palin, Bush-Palin, Palin, a return to Bush. Bush-Palin, Bush-Palin, Bush-Palin. Palin: Bush's Bush.
