In 1993, bush sr & quayle looked like they were walking the last mile and couldn't wait to be gone.
LBJ said that the moment richard nixon said "so help me God" was one of the happiest moments of his life (although I don't remember the exact quote).
I don't know that smirk & sneer have the class to attend.
I don't know if the Prez & vp-elect want them there, but Obama and Biden have WAY too much class to say so. In other words, they have more class than the republicans, who all but dis-invited smirk & sneer to the convention last summer.
