Did anyone see Bush with a glass, toasting with other world leaders?

It was at the end of Countdown (around 55 minutes) in a video from the G20. They all had drinks that looked the same - same color, same glass - and Bush was knocking glasses with each one in turn. Looked like alcohol to me. I have long thought he was drinking again. He often sounds like it when he speaks. It is much different than that ornery, agitated tone he used to have.

Personally, I've never believed that he quit drinking completely. He probably just keeps it under control and, for the most part, under wraps. Any official inquiry about what he was drinking in pictures like the one you refer to would be answered by saying that he had ginger ale or some non-alcoholic version of whatever the others were drinking. I say bull shit. In fact, he was probably drinking that time he allegedly choked on a peanut and fell off the couch. Maybe he and Jeb (who I think was at the White House, at the time) got into it and Jeb decked him.
