He owes me his best judgment. That's what he owes me. He owes me carrying out his campaign promises. That's it. That's what he owes me. And that's what he owes you.

If you think he owes some group or person a cabinet position, then maybe you shouldn't have voted for him. If you think that he owes you in the form of cutting the Defense Department 20%, then maybe you shouldn't have voted for him.

Did he make a promise to cut military spending? Why no, he did NOT. Quite the contrary. He proposed expanding the military, though he did talk about cutting waste in the Defense budget. I would hope that President Obama exercises his judgment and cuts military spending, but he sure didn't promise me that.
