I used to think that Rove and Co. read Mein Kampf, but I've changed my mind and I believe they were watching Duck Soup. Freedom Fries could easily have become Freedonia Fries.

Expectations of Obama may be great, but many if not the vast majority of Americans know that it really couldn't have been much worse than it has been.

and speaking of has-beens, our Fearless Leader is looking just a bit worn...suddenly this Decider stuff may look a lot better from Paraguay or a home resembling Rock Hudson's in the film "Giant": a weirdly constructed mansion in the middle of nowhere in the country of Texas.
