I think Kucinich should be Drug Czar
Department of Peace is a nice idea but doesn't have the congressional support to get off the ground. I think Kucinich could accomplish some of its goals as Drug Czar, though.

2. I think we should eliminate the position of Drug Czar! The stupid
war on drugs has been a iserable failure ever since it was started! We've spent billions of dollars and have accomplished NOTHING!

8. perhaps a conversion, instead
instead of a "war on" Drug Czar, we could have a "legalize" Drug Czar.

12. ONDCP--the drug czar's office--is up for reauthorization in 2010.
Time to start building a sunset movement?

3. I'm really tired of anything Czars, almost as tired as I am of Gates.
Czars should be Russian leaders prior to WWI & Gates should be openings in a fence.

4. That's about as likely as Kucinich as Dept. of Peace head, I'm afraid.
Kooch doesn't have the support to be anything but Representative from OH-10.

5. Good idea
Let the guy who wants more real drug laws be in charge. We might actually get some real reform out of that.

13. How about in the spirit of true "bipartisanship"
The Dennis Kucinich/Ron Paul REAL 9/11 Commission. No coverup suckups allowed.

11. I think he'd make a great energy secretary.
He's stood up to the energy companies and banks before (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cleveland_Public_Power)

14. I don't expect DK to figure in an Obama administration.
Obama has worked hard to distance himself from the left. When he talks about "bringing people together," he means centrist Democrats and centrist Republicans. He doesn't mean the left.

I don't expect to see the left represented at all in his administration, let alone with someone as principled as DK.

17. Why not Woody Harrelson?
Or old school. Tommy Chong.

If they can let the chemical companies run the EPA, if they can let the food industry run the FDA, if they can let the oil companies run the Energy department ....

He hasn't earned anything and isn't close to being the best qualified for any cabinet position I can think of.
