Touting Sarah Palin as their feminist hero (not only because merely by being a VP candidate with a vagina, she was obviously a Feminist, but because of her hot rawkin' designer wardrobe). After 9 months, and after devoting seemingly thousands of hours to the administration of this forum, it's time to draw the curtain. I hope those who participated in the HCF during the election found the experience productive. It was like a rollercoaster, and we had some amazing times, that's for sure. Now, however, it's time for me (& maybe you all too!) to take a rest. For me "the battle" is over. I had wanted to move the forum in a different direction to be more inclusive of all people, regardless of political preference, but clearly now is not the right time for that. As such, I have tonight decided, without endless discussion & division, to close the forum until further notice. Maybe in the future some time we can try again at "CommonGroundPolitics" when emotions are less raw. Til then, be well.
