I want the courts to do something about the lawsuits arguing Obama is not qualified
to be president. there are 17 syuts in 12 different states arguing that Obama isn't qualified because he wasn't born in the U.S. or because he became an Indonesian citizen as a child. Stupid, slanderous lies, and those perpetrating this shit should be punished by the courts for bringing frivolous suits. Fuckwad Berg and asswipe Keyes and all the others need a swift and hard kick to the pants.

5. The Hawaiian govt has already verified his BC is genuine. So let the
whackjobs spend their time and money on total bullshit.

It keeps them off the streets.

7. Freepers arguing that govt official verified it as a genuine BC, just not an American BC.

10. And as usual, freepers are 100% incorrect:

State officials say there's no doubt Barack Obama was born in Hawai'i.
http://www.honoluluadvertiser.com/article/20081031/BREAKING01/81031064/0/BREAKING04

And his mother is American; there's no doubt on that, either.

The only doubt is the sanity of freepers.

Edit ato add: the Hawai'i state Director of Health official, by the way, is a Republican governor appointee.

8. Not only that...
....Obama is considered to be a black person whom was elected as president. That's never happened before so it must be illegal.

What I'd like to see is the rightwads go back a little further..... back toward prohibition days.
Think about it, making alcoholism illegal would save millions of lives. Eh?

Its a thot, and if they tried it they wouldn't be seen as being so hypocritical.

11. Judges should let the cases proceed and when the idiots lose,
hand them a great, big, giant bill for court costs and make them pay whatever expenses the other side expends. This is stupid beyond belief. Apparently the Honolulu newspaper printed an annoucement at the time Obama was born, so using freeper logic, both the newspaper and state government would have had the ability to see decades into the future and know Obama was going to run for president and begin a charade at the very moment he was born, even though the freepers claim it wasn't in the United States. These folks really need to go off in search of a life.

12. Most of the suits.....
...are cookie cutter clones of the Berg lawsuit. Even down to the "Canadian Birth Certificate" (signed by Dudley DoRight), and the deliberate misreading of the Nationality Act of 1940 and 1952.

Even Alan Keyes lawsuit is based mostly on Berg's. The only ones that aren't are the Donofrio lawsuit and anti-semite Andy Martin's hawaiian lawsuit.

Thankfully, most of the suits are getting swatted out of court. And even if it went to trial, who are the courts going to believe? The State of Hawaii or some nameless faceless internet "experts" ??

Actually, I suspect Berg and his bots never intended for these suits to go to trial. The slanders and attacks are far better played in the court of public opinion rather than actually getting heard and disproven in court. All Berg and his cronies care about is getting these rumours out in the open where those who want to believe them will believe them without any evidence.
