Obama was pretty cool on 60 Minutes yesterday.
I love a guy who can address a reporter as "man." As in, "What are you doing, man?" :P

1. he's total cool factor 100. i love the way his mind works and his ability
to nuance and understand differing points of view, but also have the quality of intellect to make reasoned judgments, and leadership to pull people to together to work toward the goal. We so got this election right! Right man, right time, right on!

2. I also like the fact that he's not wedded to traditional political ideology.
His answer that he would take whatever workable solution, whether it's from FDR or from Ronald Reagan, appealed to me.

3. Me too! Exactly! And I hope it dampens the fires of some of the
rabid Rethuglicans to hear stuff like that from Obama, we have been hearing it for months, as he campaigned, so we know he's a pragmatist, center left, not extremist, a communicator and a man setting out to get good things done for America, no matter which camp a good idea comes from. He wants all of us to unite and get along, and respect all points of view.

4. He really is a transformational figure...
I believe, at least. Less psycho-drama, more solutions.
