1. You should have seen our recall Gov election here in California a few years back |
|
Someone had the bright idea of having a one on one debate between Arianna and Arnold.
I swear we needed subtitles to figure out what they were talking about.

2. I never liked her on Green Acres. |
|
I'm sure poor Eddie Albert couldn't understand her either.

4. I think she should have her own show. |
|
But I grew up in Central Texas, where that accent was common.
I wonder who Michael is doing, tonight.

I learned to speak Mexican, and I could cruise in French or (sometimes) Italian.
I grew up around all numbers of families who used German as a primary language.
And I dealt with first-generation German immigrants, every day.
Listening around Greek dialect is no altogether difficult.

7. Her voice being airy/wispy is my only issue |
|
I'd either give her speech lessons or boost/filter her voice to accentuate her voice in a positive fashion.

9. Her accent is so distracting that I can't watch her. |
|
Usually accents don't bother me in the least. I get so caught up in trying to understand her that I can't follow her point.

... has nothing to do with her accent. Just her voice in general.
Bless her.
