8. No. What diplomatic credentials does she have?

Especially as compared to someone like Richardson or Clark? There just seem to be far more qualified candidates out there than Senator Clinton.

On the other hand, she is smart enough to pick the ball up, run with it and be successful. She isn't whom I would choose for the spot but if she were to get it I wouldn't worry about it much. I was just hoping we'd see some new faces in the Obama administration.
