Harry Reid is a goddamned disaster. He's gotten nothing... NOTHING right since he's been in charge. |

6. Lieberman speaking now |
|
Thanks the Senate for keeping his seat. Not one apology to Obama Its all about going forward, thanks his state and colleges. The gang of four Dodd, Salazar, Nelson and the senator from Delaware helped his plea.
Saying he regrets saying some things during the campaign.

11. Exactly.....can one imagine for just a second |
|
if in eight years let's say Hillary decided to run.......and Sarah Palin, now Senator Palin from the state of Alaska, went on the stomp for Hillary and stood behind her while she lambbasted Republican presidential candidate Bobby Jindahl and then went out on her own and said the same horrible things.
Now, let me be very clear here with my little hypothesis, I don't want any of these things particularly (although, my head wouldn't explode if Hillary ran) I was just putting out there to show the complete and total implossibility of it.
And, of course, once again, the Democratic bends over for enemies.
I'm just hoping they are going to keep a very short leesh on Leiberman and they did it to control him, not because they are cowards.

how some on the left wouldn't be happy with this. All but rolling their eyes about us on the left who wanted "retribution". I call it discipline, or loyalty. But what do I know? I'm on the left!

15. Compare and contrast: Harry Reid and Trent "Big Hair" Lott |
|
Harry: A spineless, ineffective leader who is incapable of enforcing one iota of party discipline. A wishy-washy speaker who is genetically incapable of asserting, much less defending, the Democratic position on anything.
Lott: A strong (though evil) leader of his (admittedly evil) caucus, who enforced party discipline in his day with an iron hand. You just didn't vote against Lott's wishes, and live to see another term. An effective advocate of the (evil) Repug position, who never apologized for any Pug position.
That tells you pretty much all you need to know about Harry.
