Who should be the new Senate Majority Leader?
We need a grassroots uprising against Harry Reid.

5. grab a fucking clue and stop immersing yourself in the stupid fantasy pool
No one is running against Reid. The grassroots have no say over this at all. Period. And they never will. No Senator is ever going to be voted out over who they voted for for leadership positions.

6. tell us how this "grass roots" uprising is going to work?
Let's see -- a majority of the caucus just went along with allowing lieberman to keep his chairmanship, but you think that a majority can be pressured to oust Harry Reid. How? By threatening not to vote for the Democrats that supported Lieberman? Which ones supported him? Do you have a list? To not support any Democrat that won't try to oust Reid? Well, there are only 16 Democrats up for re-election in 2010, so that's hardly going to carry the day even if you could persuade every one of them that they're at risk if they don't go after Reid. If Feingold doesn't speak up against Reid, you going to contribute to his defeat?

10. As long as he has the support of the majority of the Democrats in the Senate, he has
nothing to worry about.

11. Nobody will challenge Reid and Reid would win easily--if a big majority backed Lieberman
do you think that Reid is in any danger?
