3. I think many of those people you listed voted for Lieberman.
Particularly Dodd, Carper, Landrieu and Salazar.

7. I think Carper was actually speaking out against Liberdouche yesterday, believe it or not.
And since he's DLC leadership himself, I didn't believe it when I read it, but it was true, oddly enough. Of course with a secret vote, we may never know if that was all just a show.

9. Lieberman personally thanked him today.
If a DLC member told me the sky was blue, I'd go outside and check.

17. My reasoning has more to do with seniority & committee assignments
Babs chairs the Environment & PW committee and Mikulski is the chair of two important subcommittees.

10. I thought Sanders couldn't vote?
In that case, replace Warner with him.

18. Warner is a Republican (John Warner)
This wasn't a vote of the new Senate?

14. 3 names are certain: Merkeley(OR), Sanders, and Leahy.
Probably Harkin. The other ones are everybody guess.

6. I certainly hope
Barbara Boxer voted to toss Lieberman. Don't know what Feinstein might have done. Occasionally, she does the right thing, though it's not nearly as often as I would like.

11. Feinstein wouldn't know the right thing if it bit her on the ass.
If she occasionally does it, it is by accident.
