How do you feel about being labled in the" liberal blogosphere"?
More and more I've noticed the talking heads in the corporate media referring to the liberal blogosphere as if we are a single entity. All of like mind and purpose.

Most recently, I heard a number of broadcasters say something like...Reid's gonna be pitched a lot of shit from the liberal blogosphere (or liberal bloggers) for his Lieberman decision.

Many of us who have been on DU for a while know we represent center, center right, center left, or way left. All Dems, but all over the place.

Interesting that the MSM seems to refer to the liberal blogs far much than the conservative blogs. I call that having our act together - but I am starting to resent the overly simplistic characterization of all our very diverse opinions.

1. Come up with a better term
and get liberals and progressives to start forcing on media interviews.

3. Pretty proud, actually. It beats being labelled the Mainstream Media
which is synonymous with "Advertising Department of the Republican Party."

What'd we expect? Obama would win and that would be the end of everything?

For good reason.
