Obamatard has a very negative connotation (it sounds like retard). But maybe this is to be expected from someone who graduated almost at the bottom of his class at both universities (you need to belittle others to make yourself feel better).

It also raises the issue, what was he referring to? Hillary as SOS, Obama backtracking on Iraq, or what?
