You know what this means, don't you? EVERY STATE IN THE UNION HAS ELECTED A DEM!!
In 2004, there were quite a few states with absolutely no Democrats serving above the city or state government level.

After 2006, there were only two--Idaho and Alaska.

But in 2008, Bill Sali of Idaho and Ted Stevens of Alaska were both defeated, which means:

In 2009, All 50 States Will Have at Least One Democrat Serving in the House, Senate, or Governor's Seat!

:kick:THANK YOU HOWARD DEAN!!:kick:

7. Thank you Dr. Dean
It's too bad that the very ones who reduced this party to its lowest ever national levels are now trying to lay claim to your victory.

10. I'd be willing to trade my two Republican Senators for
a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Even if it's smushed, you can still have them.

Anyone?

Anyone?

Please?

Cornyn and Hutchison. A two-fer. TAKE THEM. Gah.

12. But this is still
a "center-right" country and the Democratic party will have to govern from the right if it wants to survive.

19. Not quite....
"Every state has at least one Dem in the House or Senate?"

No, the OP included governorships. For example, Wyoming's Congressional delegation is all-Republican, but the Governor is a Democrat.
