8. All Congressional Criminals have gotten their taxpayer retirement benefits
while serving time in jail. Even after being convicted of corruption.

I'm telling you people..... you're in the wrong business.

7. Maybe our new President-elect can enact some REAL reform in the
Senate, and can retroactively deny this bennie to senators/congresscritters found guilty of such shit. Hey! How about an EXECUTIVE ORDER?? And while he's at it, one to indict and imprison Chimpy and Cheney??

21. No impeachment if his loses.
Conviction and imprisonment does not matter. He still gets his pension according to CNN Anderson Cooper report.

Edited on Tue Nov-18-08 11:01 PM by blonndee
for doing NOTHING? For being a convicted felon?

At the same time, I hold my entire life up to scrutiny to a backwards, unappreciative local population. I get paid for 40 hours/week when I actually work 60-80.

That seems fair. :eyes:

26. Well, yeah, you're right.
But if Congress hasn't got some policy of cancelling pensions for those who are convicted of felonies (maybe they should have!) then at least it won't be for years and years.
