3. I don't like the choice of Holder as AG
Personally I would want Jonathan Turley. I want a tough Constitutional Law Attorney to pour over what's been done the last 8 years and help in correcting the legal positions of our Government.

4. That does not mean he has to be AG.
Besides you might consider the value of it being apolitical this is probably better served by having a special prosecutor.
