Tell me about this domestic suppression army Obama is building?

So, what are Freepers talking about when they shriek about some domestic army that Obama is going to build to control and suppress the people here in the country?

The story is obviously bullshit, but where do these fantasies come from? I mean, I saw a letter in my local paper on this earlier in the week and was shaking my head...

I am sure it has made it to DU, but I have not been paying too much attention to the other side until I saw that letter.
