I will restate my prediction that Franken will win the recount |
I predict that when the recount is done and the challenged ballots are resolved Franken will win by 125 votes.

1. I think He Will win Too, But It Will Be A Little Closer |
Maybe 20-25 votes. I'd like it to be 2008 votes, but I can't have everything.

4. I looked at several factors |
I looked at the number of votes that Franken had gained so far vs. the number of votes hand checked in the recount. I also considered the additional challenges filed by Coleman vs. the ones Franklin had challenged. I assumed that most challenges would be dismissed so a larger proportion of the challenged votes will go to Franklin. I think Franklin will pick ups some votes from the rejected absentee ballots that Franken will challenge now that they won the right to get the information on the voters names.
