Bill can decide for himself to help a fellow Democrat. He seems to have done it hundreds of times in the past without Obama's guidance.

things happen. Great changes are ahead and we've only just begun. I have no issues with appointments so far because if you read how Barack's campaign was run this will be a Whitehouse that will run like clockwork.
