If Obama went out of his way to NOT appoint people connected to the Clintons

If Obama went out of his way to NOT appoint people connected to the Clintons
the media would have a field day claiming how Obama lacked the self-confidence to appoint anybody from the Clinton team because he was afraid they would have their own agenda, etc, etc.

So, Obama is damned if he does, and damned if he doesn't. He really couldn't win either way, so he is probably going for those he feels are the best.

anybody who held a position in govt. during the 90s could be considered "connected to the Clintons" ...
