Wham! Rendell to Andrea when she was making insinuations about having too much of the Clinton era in Obama's administration.

1. Andrea Greenspan didn't like the 90's?
Isn't that when her husband skimmed most of his fortune off the top of the national treasury?

2. She's a thinly disguised Republican whiner.
And, as someone on this forum recently suggested, there should be a banner crawling under her at all times identifying her as Mrs. Alan Greenspan.

4. Wasn't that the era when Barbara Walters was dating hubby Al!
It's probably a bad decade full of heartbreaking memories that Andrea associates with Bill Clinton. And the Impeachment...just reminded poor Andrea that it was Barbara giving Allsy the BJs.

Okay...I just made myself sick....

12. The 90's were great due to the tech bubble
Edited on Thu Nov-20-08 01:42 PM by DJ13
Not due to those who worked for Bill.

Change -as it was represented to voters in the primaries- included change from the pro-corporate policies of the Clintons.

It had to mean that, otherwise people would have just nominated Hillary if they wanted no more than to just go back to the 90's and the DLC pandering to corporate interests.

13. Obama will tell the people in HIS admin. what HE wants accomplished. They work for HIM.
They won't be doing what they did in the past.

17. OBAMA is going to be president. Not Hillary, Bill, or the DLC. Everyone he chooses to work for him
will work FOR him-to carry out HIS agenda that he told us he will implement.

14. I can turn my car around...
I can turn my car around despite having two of the four people in it that were there during the first leg of the trip...

And as President of my car (if I had one), I'd decide when and where to turn.

10. Greenspan is a douchebag
No one with a brain expects Obama to snatch all brand new faces of the street to run our government.
