I Miss our New President, Barack Hussein Obama!
Edited on Thu Nov-20-08 05:56 PM by FrenchieCat
Seems like we haven't seen him in Ages!

I got so used to following his daily movements during the campaign,
and now, it almost seems like he's off in an undisclosed location, or something.

I know he's busy....but still, I'd wish he would come out and just say...."I've got this"! :(

3. I wanna hear some Bully pulpit talk.....
Yes, I do!

With the markets deep diving, I need some reassurance,
and the media's just not doing it for me
with their same clips, which they talk over.

I don't want to see him as much as I want to hear from him.

2. I think I'm suffering from the same malady. It's called withdrawal.
I wish he'd do another sitdown like the 60 Minutes interview. I've still got it TIVO'd, and I think I'll watch it again. ;(

5. I watched that a couple of times,
At least it appears that congress is following his lead, and is willing to give the big 3 automakers a hearing as long as they bring forth a plan....which is exactly what he stated in that interview; no blank check.

4. I know exactly how you feel. There's a certain emptiness at hand.
I need my Obama fix and I need it now.

I wrote to Change.gov via the contact page, and asked that he not have brown panelling that matches his skin color as his backdrop next Video Address. He literally merged with the woodwork! LOL!

14. Ha!! funny! I posted a thread like this about a week ago and some
ass called me a freeper? I still can't figure that one out.

I know what you mean! Having serious campaign withdrawals even though I wanted it over! I keep looking for "heads up Obama speaking in Detroit" threads!
