Yup. November 5th. That's the day I'll always remember DU showing it's true colors. Endless sniping about prop 8, followed by endless sniping about Mr. O's appointments. Followed by all the bailout crap. Yes, DU is officially too big for it's own good. With this many agendas on board, you're never going to reach a consensus about anything.

And I'll always believe that this place dropped the ball and never got to properly celebrate the very thing which it had worked so hard to accomplish. Obama's win. Oh well. Many other people got to do exactly that in the days that followed. And thank goodness I was one of them.

We finally lost the external threat and decided to turn it inward, upon our very selves. We being the DU community. That's some real human nature, right there. Like jackals going for whatever raw flesh was handy.

based on my post count! Now I'm like ewwww what the hell is going on? We elect a leader and doubt him and everybody else with a different opinion within 2 weeks? That's disappointing.
