You know : I like most all the Democrats .... I am not fond of the DLC types hawking their GOP lite policies .... But I don't think that is what is happening ...

I am hoping it will not be the character of an Obama Administration .... but, during the election, they have created an image of populist liberalism that we would want them to pursue in real government ... No matter WHO he appoints, we expect that of HIM ....

He will be held responsible for his government ....

I love them, all the same .... At least for now ....

Nice photos, but photo Ops are not the point......

The point is quiet forceful diplomacy without "camp" divisions.
Hillary has her "own" circle of advisors and defenders, and hence the rub.

Obama needs a SOS that will answer to him without the SOS having her/his own camp,
and without a husband who can reach foreign leaders by phone to provide his own views.

I'd rather Obama pick someone that has the diplomatic skills without the political entourage.

But of course, that's just me.
