DEMS need to remember that the REPUBS only hope is to DIVIDE US....

With the White House and House and Senate under Democratic Control for the first time in 8 years, Repubs are back on their heels after a major whooping, and their only hope is to get DEMS divided against themselves.

WE need to hang together on the major issues and use our positions of power to really accomplish change, which will serve another worthwhile purpose --demonstrating how utterly useless and corrupt the Bush Republicans were while holding the reins of power.

We can help to set back Repubs and move this country forward, only if we ignore our concern trolls and keep our eyes on the prize(just like we did during the latest Campaign).

Or the party will end up collapsing again just like it did in the 80's.

A Dem majority doesn't automatically guarantee good governance.

Our election battle is only the beginning of the mucking out of the stables. We must both support Barack and the Dems and we must continually push them to be the best public servants they can be. Until we fix this country and even beyond, we must step up to the plate and act always as a responsible citizenry in a democracy should conduct itself. Stay aware, stay focused and never stop working for peace, economic security and justice for all. When everybody pushes, that boulder gets up that mountain.
