17. The market is just freakishly skittish right now.

It'll probably tank tomorrow. And it just wants SOMEONE to do SOMETHING. The market would probably be happy if Obama picked Jeffrey Dahmer to be Sec. Treas & he promised to eat a few CEOs or something.
