Yes it is "free market" to you and me, but for the biggest players it is about flying corporate jets to beg for welfare.

6. Why should I?

Each crisis is worst than the last. Temporary fixes like the New Deal are unravelled as fast as the capitalist is able, the logic of accumulation refuses all restraint. Relentless economic growth is killing the planet. We must kill capitalism as it will not be chained.
