because for most of my life I've always been taller than most of the people I knew. In school...everywhere. What happened...did people suddenly get taller, or did I get that much shorter? I was always the one they called "Jolly Green Giant" or "beanpole". The one they'd ask the perennially stupid question, "How's the weather up there?"
