Obama's take charge personality is right on but how in the world can their be two leaders or is Obama just sticking to finances right now?

I've just seen the two leader thing not work out especially if one of the leaders is frickin stupid and immature as Bush, jus sayin...it'd be nice for Obama to take over NOW ...Jan 20th\09 will be a great day for this country.

Your opinion?

I have to agree also with Clio the Leo down thread that Obama probably did intend to lay low initially but saw where things were going and decided not to wait. It's great to have a leader in the driver's seat again, isn't it?

5. Technically Obama cannot take over until Jan 20th but he can reassure the markets
and the American people and take questions about what he will do. Most lame duck presidents can't do much at the end but we have a big crisis so there is a leadership vacuum.

6. In all seriousness what I think happened......
... was that he intended to keep a lower profile, saw Bush doing virtually nothing, saw how just his mere mention of a top-level cabinet appointee had a positive influence on the stock market and said "screw layign low."

9. Kindly point out an action taken by Obama that supports the claim that he has taken over.
