Bush. The worst president ever. Hoover gave us FDR and about twenty years of Democrats. Bush will do the same. I'm expecting some sort of Bush multiplier, however. Maybe we can get 1.5 out of him and get 30 years of Democrats.
Edited to Add: And don't get all sanctimonious either. Republicans did the same thing to Democrats for the last 28 years. They "Carterized" every single Democrat who stepped up to the plate for the past 28 years.

I figure Bush should be useful for at least that long.
Democrats used Hoover with great success until 1952, when they found that the "Hoover card" no longer worked against Eisenhower.
