Iraq deal includes a provision for a post-facto referendum to test public support for the pact...
to be held by the end of July next year. If the Iraqi public rejects the agreement, it would trigger a mechanism by which Iraq could withdraw from the deal in a year.

I am sure that the vast majority would vote against the deal. Wonder how that would then play out considering Obama will be POTUS then.
