Has a President actually done what he said he would do
While campaigning in the primaries?

Can we agree that all the posturing about tax plans, platforms and positions put forth in the primaries are there to sway the core of either party. Once the nomination is in hand, how much of this stuff actually happens? Then, how much of what a candidate spouts actually happens? And then, what can a Democratic President accomplish with a Republican Congress?

Or, put another way, why don't we just appeal to the intellectually lazy majority, the ones that actually decide elections.
