Coleman has no case. I can't see very many good reasons other than failure to accept reality for him burn all the money on a contest that will fail in the end. If he does continue the main reason is pure vanity and his inability to absorb the blow to his ego that he will endure by losing to Franken. I think the Senators are probably the most vain and pompous group around. Look at how Lieberman refused to accept the will of the Democratic primary in Connecticut so he sold his soul to Rove and the Repug's in order to hold on to that precious seat for six more years.
Also, I guess it is never their money they are using, it is always other's money.
