"It's tough to predict, but I think the Steelers are gonna eek it out in a close one."
President Obama's prediction ..... before the game. ;)

(the whole interview for those who have not seen it in the other thread)

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/21134540/vp/28966818#28966818

The call comes at the 8:45 min mark.

So when he says "we'll have a few rough months, but if we can get this bill passed we're gonna begin the path to recovery" in the SAME interview ..... you cant help but trust him.

The man just knows EVERYTHING. :)

3. I'm a steelers fan and I wanted to leave the politics out of it but......
when it got close all I could think about was how happy fucking freepers would be if the Steelers lost, and how he Obama would have to host the Cardinals in the white house after he didn't pick them to win.

Phew! That was close but my team pulled it out!

5. It'd blow their minds if he invited BOTH teams to the WH
It'd be pretty cool knowing that players on both teams had a little extra motivation to win so they'd get the chance to meet him. He outclasses his opponents at every turn. Why not with this? ;-)

7. BECAUSE HE'S NOT A GIRL!!!!! lol
Edited on Mon Feb-02-09 12:55 AM by Clio the Leo
Ok we have to just STOP this right now happy girly, "everyone wins' attitude ha ha ..... like I said before, these are grown men, not Pop Warner players, both teams dont need to be rewarded ... a bunch of mean, tough, cut throat ........ hot ...... sweaty ..... muscular ...... sorry ..... focus ...... a bunch of hard working men battled it out on the field of play ..... it was a game played by gentleman (except when James Harrison close-fist punched that one dude) and they understand the gentleman's code.....

To the Victor, Goes the Spoils.

Should John and Cindy be allowed to live in the White House too? After all, there are plenty of rooms and they tried their best ....... NO!!!!

Make sense now? lol :)

10. Judging by the bad blood I saw on the field, inviting both would lead to some fisticuffs
