Just give me my feeding tube already.
When Republicans stall the stimulus package long enough to cause irreparable damage to the economy over their stale, failed, ideological tax stances... and we all start to lose our homes, go hungry, wind up in the hospital, can't pay our medical bills, and eventually slip into mass comas --

will they all rush back to capital hill and insist that our feeding tubes be re-inserted, whatever the cost?

This has been on my mind today

4. Democrats are not the problem here.
Sure there are some. But the issue is Republican opposition en masse.

6. But as long as Democrats are going along with it
That gives the Republicans a credible voice. Ben Nelson is out there saying he AGREES with the Republicans on this. We can't make the Repubs look like obstructionist when Democrats are agreeing with them. It undercuts it. Mitch McConnell throws it out there every time he is on camera. The Democrats tried to get more Rail and Infrastructure money in the package and Landrieu voted AGAINST it.

5. They'll wait until we're at the point of Schiavoism, then come running in.
Like they did on Palm Sunday a few years ago.
