I like 97% percent of the bill. And so do the Republicans.
So why keep spiraling downward over 3% you don't like?

A Democrat doesn't like 5% of the bill, but he said he's voting on it. Yet Republicans won't vote on the bill because it has something in it they don't like that is 3% of our recovery. What's in the 3% that the Repubs dislike so much or does it even matter? I don't think it matters if it was .3% they'd keep it from America.

1. This isn't about solving anything for the GOP. It's always about power politics.
Forcing Obama and the Dems to change the bill makes them look weak, and establishes that the GOP caucus is still influential. That's the alpha and omega for the GOP.
