. . .and tries to bring the country together over the lying sack of shit you worked for. The Republicans put so much importance on FAKE ASS symbolism and act like it means something. Clinton was literally getting BLOWJOBS in the Oval Office while giving us piece** and prosperity. Obama, without a goddamned suit jacket has brought us equal pay for women, expanded children's health care and his busting his has on the stimulus.

Meanwhile Bush were a damned jacket in the oval office and FUCKED THIS COUNTRY UP!

Former Chief of Staff to Obama: Put Your Jacket On
By Bernie Becker

At least one prominent former Bush official has the following message for President Obama: I don’t care if it’s warm enough to grow orchids in the Oval Office. Put your suit jacket on.

In an interview scheduled to run Wednesday night, Andrew H. Card Jr. told the syndicated news show Inside Edition that “there should be a dress code of respect” in the White House and that he wished Mr. Obama “would wear a suit coat and tie.”

Mr. Card, who was George W. Bush’s first chief of staff, becomes the first member of that famously buttoned-up administration to criticize the more relaxed Obama dress code.

According to Inside Edition’s Web site, Mr. Card also said:

“The Oval Office symbolizes…the Constitution, the hopes and dreams, and I’m going to say democracy. And when you have a dress code in the Supreme Court and a dress code on the floor of the Senate, floor of the House, I think it’s appropriate to have an expectation that there will be a dress code that respects the office of the President.”

ON EDIT: I mistakenly misspelled "peace" as "piece" after someone caught it I had to ask myself was it a typo or a Freudian slip. . .LOL

3. The mods might delete this post, I'm not sure...
...but I really have to say that I wish some of these assholes would just start dying. We had quite enough of them during Bush's terms and now we have to listen to them predicting more terrorist attacks and trying to tell Obama how to dress. Fucking die already.

585 thousand people lost their job in January. But you are going to write some bullshit invective about suit jackets?

Fuck you. Sideways.

6. The office of the President doesn't mean shit anymore.
Your chimp ruined it.

Maybe by Obama's second term it will be worthy of a "suit coat and tie."

8. "The Oval Office symbolizes…the Constitution..."
How can anyone from the Bush administration bleat on about the Constitution with a straight face. Those criminals treated the Constitution with contempt and disdain.

9. I agree with you, but have to say the line about Clinton getting
blowjobs, and giving us "piece" made me laugh. I know it was a typo. It's just the conotation of that word in that context.

11. Let those morons bitch about stuff
like that. I'm sure the people getting foreclosed on and losing their jobs appreciate what their focus is on. And, oh yes, I would be screaming that from the rafters on every pundit show there is.

13. Those morons are scared at how quickly they and their policies became irrelevant
and no longer the topics of daily discourse. Wonder how many of them have jobs now.
