Not one to talk about the negotation process and this package?

I see plenty of Rs parading back and forth. Why does our side not have a media presence or a coordinated media plan?

4. Because 'our side' has the pathetic failing Air America,
Rachel and Keith on MSNBC, a few holdouts on NPR, while their side has:

CBS, NBC, ABC, CNN, FOX, MSNBC except as noted, that fat asshole and dozens of other vile bastards, etc.

5. They're not being booked. We have plenty of Dems and Progressives
willing to appear to talk about the jobs bill, but they're not being booked unless they appear weaker than Pat Buchanan.

Luckily, MSNBC must've gotten word they've been too pro-Rushpublican and have been booking proponents to the bill in the past two days. It's like pulling teeth, however, when MSNBC is clearly showing ONLY Rushpublicans on the Senate floor without showing the Democratic response.

The only Democratic response I'd seen was my senator Barbara Boxer against Lindsey Graham, although they failed to show his theatrics waiving the bill with a red, angry face, but showing Boxer's counter when she was doing it.

6. Then Obama needs to make as many prime time speeches and press conferences as necessary
to sop up the time. Perhaps they need to lose money to cover him until they learn to present both sides.

8. Yes he does and I think his townhall plan is a brilliant idea.
He needs to get his message out anyway he can.

9. Networks are already complaining they're losing money on advertising
because of President Obama's prime time addresses. I say GOOD!

Broadcasters are bracing themselves for the likelihood of three prime-time interruptions in three weeks, totaling at least three hours of prime time -- and ad breaks -- yanked.

"His economic stimulus package apparently does not extend to the TV networks," one network exec noted.

Obama's reps have alerted broadcasters that the president will hold a news conference Monday, according to network execs. It's expected to eat up the first hour of prime time; that alone could cost broadcasters more than $9 million in lost ad revenue.

These are, of course, the same execs that have rumored to tell their employees the "want to bring down President Obama's approval ratings".

12. Correct.
That is the one card we have right now: Obama can command airtime and they will have to give it to him. I think he is doing exactly that - going public and getting in everyone's living room.

For those who don't believe the media is the enemy.. READ THIS!
(ABC laid off Obama supporters, one laid off worker claims a producer said outright that they're only booking R's.)

13. Look, those talking head millionaires are so afraid that the Democrats
are going to tax their grossly paid selves that they are falling all over themselves to kill the bill. They'd sink America, their audience, and drown their kids before they'd take a good look at what is going on.
