Needed: Fast Response Team
Democrats need the kind of fast response message team that they use during campaigns. RNC chair was just on the tube talking about how the Democrats are in majority and are trying to ruin America with a big spending package rather than let taxpayers have their money back. There was nothing on of a rebuttal.

We need a team to do nothing but prepare for republican media lies. Research it and lob it back. Just like a campaign. It is a campaign. The republicans have begun the campaign for 2012. They are not going to cooperate unless Obama convinces the public of what he convinced them of in November. The public has short memories and little rational skill. They have to be wooed and educated over and over. If we don't, the republicans will. They have started already.

Obama has the right message, the right plan, and the right. We just can't sit back and let the republicans control the media.

1. You're right. I'm surprised that someone on the Obama team
isn't moving on this already.

2. Tell me about it....
For the past seven years I've had an email list to which I've sent articles and occasional rants about the lying weasel administration. Since the election, I've sent very little. One of the people that was on my list has responded to an article I sent with disparaging comments about Obama's big spending package, and how his administration is going to send our country down the toilet. I mean seriously...the only thing the lying weasel administration did is forget to flush!

Now this is a relatively intelligent young man, but he listens to his right-wing buddies at work, and does very little current event reading on his own. He used to have counter-arguments under his cap. I guess I need to get back to work providing them.

Not only does the Obama Administration need a fast response team, but all of us who worked so hard to get him elected, need to get back to work as well. The honeymoon is over, folks. If we are going to keep what we've won, and continue to get the reforms we desire, we can't take an extended vacation.

3. It took the repukes a year
to begin destroying Clinton. They had the train ready for Obama before he took office.

We are losing. It's not a matter of staying ahead. We've got to catch up.

4. I know it. This is surprising given the fact that Obama was so on this during the election
