Who died of an aneurysm last August. Stephanie, along with Sheila Jackson Lee, had remained stalwart in their support for Hillary and were good friends. This clip is after Hillary delivered her eulogy and went back to her seat. She had saluted several people, but bypassed Obama. Bill was just pointing that out and she turned her head to greet Obama before noticing Bill's attempt to kiss her.

Regardless, it does make for a funny video and there are several versions of it on Youtube.
