Action call: "We're tired of being trickled on!" That is the message
we need to be taking to both the House and Senate as this jobs package goes to conference. The grassroots need to connect and rustle. Tomorrow, let's get the message to them. No more trickling. Substantial investment in our infrastructure and "human capital," as the political and corporate wealthy are fond of referring to the coporate slave class.

Can we get calls and faxes going in?

1. Interesting. Human capital. What other quaint euphemisms do they have for the slaves?
How do I love thee - let me count the ways,,,,

Work force
Employees
Working class
Skilled labor
Resources
Personnel
Domestic servants
Labor force
Organized labor
Labor pool

And the one that has been in the news a lot lately - "the unemployed"

3. The distance created by carefully crafted labels makes it easier
to deprive people of livelihoods, living wages, liberty, and a voice. Economic oppression.

This bill is something that needs to happen. If the bill goes down, America goes down.. and they have just committed treason. Country over Party. Party loyalty in the Puke party is treason when it causes the country to fail.

7. Except that I am not sure that they do consider us human. Using the word is a concession.

8. I would say, show up at the Senate offices for support of the bill.
That's much easier to organize than a trip to D.C. At least then the people working in the state offices could report back that there are real live people protesting for the bill. Listening to Senator Nelson from FL almost sounded like Martinez. I can't believe we can't pick of Martinez. Do they have something really big on that fucker? Reports are sounding like he's going to quit any day now.. and Ole' charlie Crist is going to nominate himself to his seat. Which may be smart, FL is bleeding and Crist hasn't fixed property taxes or the insurance mess.
