Norm Coleman (fugly disgRace - MN): "God wants me to serve."
When asked about the recount and how it is affecting him personally, Coleman said he starts every day with a prayer and that he knows “God wants me to serve.”

6. I just got an email from a friend of mine
Edited on Mon Feb-09-09 04:51 PM by Cha
who is new to Minneapolis and she said she waited on Al Franken(but she didn't tell me where she got a job!) Anyway she said they talked about the recount(didn't say what was said) and that he looked tired.

I bet he's tired. I emailed back and asked if he was still positive.

coleman is a grasping idiot.

7. Unfortunately, Norm, God is not a resident of Minnesota, so he's ineligible to vote...

That's another vote you're not getting.

8. But did God fill out the ballot correctly?
And that's just one vote -- Coleman is over 200 votes behind.

11. Then why didn't God make sure the voters
voted for you in greater numbers than for your opponent, Norm? God must work in very mysterious ways.

Also what kind of arrogance must a man have to assume he knows the mind of God. Isn't that Blasphemy?

Though I don't know that they'd hire his sorry ass.

Maybe he can work night-shift mop-up at a porn arcade.

15. The day after the 2002 election Norman said he stopped by the
Cathedral of St. Paul to say a prayer of thanks (which means he was bascially thanking God for killing Wellstone).

Okay, fine, everyone is welcome to pray at the cathedral - but Norm is Jewish so wouldn't you think he'd drop by a temple or synagogue? As a Jewish friend said to me after hearing Normie say this, she's always uncomfortable at Catholic wedding or funeral because she has to spend the time looking at the dead Jew hanging over the altar she couldn't figure out why he'd stop by the catherdral for a prayer.

16. I recall a person who told everybody around him that God wanted him to do something.
The loony bin was promptly called.

Coleman is indeed a disgrace. What happened to saving all that taxpayer money by not doing a recount (despite being so damn naive it was a MANDATORY RECOUNT BY STATE LAW).

20. Uh, Norm? God's away on business...
I'd sell your heart to the junkman baby
For a buck, for a buck
If you're looking for someone to pull you out of that ditch
You're out of luck, you're out of luck
Ship is sinking
The ship is sinking
The ship is sinking
There's a leak, there's a leak in the boiler room
The poor, the lame, the blind
Who are the ones that we kept in charge?
Killers, thieves and lawyers
God's away, God's away
God's away on business, business
God's away, God's away
God's away on business, business

Digging up the dead with a shovel and a pick
It's a job, it's a job
Bloody moon rising with a plague and a flood
Join the mob, join the mob
It's all over
It's all over
It's all over
There's a leak, there's a leak in the boiler room
The poor, the lame, the blind
Who are the ones that we kept in charge?
Killers, thieves and lawyers
God's away, God's away
God's away on business, business
God's away, God's away on business, business

Godddamn there's always such a big temptation
To be good, to be good
There's always free cheddar in a mousetrap, baby
It's a deal, it's a deal
God's away, God's away
God's away on business, business
God's away, God's away
God's away on business, business

I narrow my eyes like a coin slot baby
Let her ring, let her ring
God's away, God's away
God's away on business, business
God's away, God's away
God's away on business, business

29. God wants you to do what's best for MN and move back to NY.
I'm sure God adores it when this whiny self-absorbed little titty baby throws the most drawn out temper tantrum in world history at the detriment of the people of his state because he didn't get his way. One of God's model creatures for sure. What a jerk.
